Return and Replacement Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 days (72 hours) of placing it. If the request is made before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Our general order processing time is 1–3 business days. However, for customized products (including colored hair, high-density wigs, or custom cap sizes), processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will always try our best to meet the demands of all customers. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Bling Hair. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return/exchange request.

Returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

  • The item must be returned in original, unused condition, meaning it has not been worn, washed, cut, colored, bleached or altered.

  • Customized wigs cannot be returned once production has started.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost if the return is due to personal reasons.

  • Shipping fees and remote area surcharges are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns or refund requests for items that have been used or altered.

Any request after 30 days will not be honored.

Steps to Return a Product

Check Condition: Ensure the item is in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

Customer Responsibilities: When preparing your return, please package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Replacement Shipment: Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement to your original delivery address.

FULL COVERAGE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the return is due to our fault (e.g. incorrect or defective products), we will provide a full refund, including shipping fees.

LIMITED COVERAGE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g. doesn’t like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer must bear the return shipping cost.

Timeline for Returns

Once you initiate a return, we aim to complete the process within 5-7 business days after receiving the item back at our facility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
